In 2015 I lost all communication with my child because her mum decided to stop our contact for no real reason, for the past 3 years I've tried & tried to regain contact by sending letters from solicitors, costing more than £100 per time. I have also suffered from depression during this time as a result of losing my contact and emotionally I always struggle, like I'm grieving over someone who's still here. I care a lot about my child but I feel that even though I'm on the birth certificate I'm unable to do my duties as a 'parent' and support her as much as I should be able to because her mum decided to deprive me of such rights. I'm here because I want to regain everything I've lost but feel I cannot do so without a full time job which I cannot secure because of my mental state, so I'm trying to raise money so I can hopefully do more than just send a letter whenever I've saved up the amount it costs to do so. I just want things to be the way they should be and not have someone able to dictate whether I can see my child or not, so please if you read this and feel you can contribute to my cause I would be so greatful, for every penny I get is a step closer to my goal of re-initiating that vital contact between father & daughter.
