Our aim is to raise enough funds to purchase some resources which take learning outside of the classroom. This may take the form of giant outdoor numbers, letters, measuring equipment, construction crates, giant Connect Four and Jenga – really the list is endless but these resources would undoubtedly give our teachers an opportunity to build upon the natural enthusiasm and interests of all our pupils. Even as children get older this sense of play helps pupils to use their imagination, increase levels of dexterity as well as developing good cognition and emotional strength.
