It is with deep sadness that we announce Sarah tragically passed away on Wednesday 22nd May 2019, aged 30 years old. Sarah will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. We have decided as a family to ask for dontations instead of flowers towards a headstone for both Sarah and her baby Francesca who was taken from us at the tender age of 5 weeks 6 days. I know my daughter would want to be placed with her darling Fran. As we plan to have Sarah’s ashes placed with Fran we will have the headstone laid for them both at Francesca’s grave. All donations will be greatly received any remaining funds will go to mental health and SIDS charities. We thank you for reading our story and in advance for any donations.
