What is crowdfunding?

Story
Sparkle was born in febuary and is 4 months old and went outsid and didnt come home for a few houra when she did she was very ill we took her to the vets and they told us she wasnt going to cough it up either we get her surgery for £500 or she might have to be put down.im trying my hardest to raise this money as i want her to have a second chance in life
