Im trying to raise money for a little girl just 13years old saskia bertram living out in jamaica were there is no nhs and all hospital trips and treatments after be paid for this little girl has been diagnosed with terminal cancer of the liver and stumach without treatment she has a matter of weeks to months with treatment she could have 3 years at best this is a life line she needs chemo and hasnt the money to fund it this is my extended family and has a family connection to the area shes a bertram they have kind nature and always help were possible so lets try and give some help back in this time of need please donate were possible no matter how big or small all is extremely appriciated lets make this princesses last time the best we can and pray for a mirical all money will go to saskia treatment fund PLEASE HELP DONT FORGET ONE DAY IT MAYBE YOU WHO NEEDS HELP X
