I've raised £200 to increase awareness of mental health! I will be doing a bungee jump on 15th Sept, 100% of donations will be going to the Aware NI charity.

On the 15th September 2018 I will be doing a bungee jump in Belfast to make a stand for mental health.
I will be giving 100% of donations to Aware NI a mental health charity in Northern Ireland.
Aware NI mood matters young people programme is aimed at 14-18 year olds and gives them knowledge and skills which they can use to maintain good mental health and build resilience in order to better deal with problems and challenges.
Any and all donations will have a huge effect in positively impacting someones life.
"Mental health is not a personal failure"
Kate Middleton: "a childs mental health is just as important as their physical health"
Sara Quin: "I don't think people understand how stressful it is to explain whats going on in your head when you don't even understand it yourself"
Thanks to my faith, my fabulous family and fantastic friends I've successfully battled mental health but for so many people I realise they might not have the same support or are afraid to speak out and the story can be very different.
We live in a very negative society and I want to inspire others to be kind and encourage each other because nobody knows the battles people are facing in their own minds.
Suicide is the third leading cause of death among young people, resulting in about 4400 deaths per year. It's time we end the stigma and acknowledge it's okay not to be okay.
"Pain is real but so is hope"
Here are some of the people whose knowledge and wisdom inspired me to do this fundraiser!
Oprah Winfrey: "Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never ever have enough"
Desmond Tutu: "Do your little bit of good where you are. Its those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world"
Bible: "Pray more, worry less", "love never fails"
Dalai Lama: "our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them", "Compassion is the radicalism of our time"
