Paul's Legacy in association with Coleraine Swimming Club and Coleraine Leisure Centre are organising a 12 hour sponsored swim on Saturday 17th June from 6am to 6pm.

Paul's Legacy was set up following the death of Causeway Hospital Nurse Practitioner, Paul Murray who died suddenly from a cardiac arrest in February 2021, aged just 50.

Paul was all about making lives better. His warmth, wit and legendary sense of humour made anything possible. Our charity aims to honour him by helping to prevent further loss of life from heart conditions in our local area.

We intend to continue his legacy by raising awareness of heart conditions, such as cardiomyopathy, providing free heart screenings and increasing the number of working, registered and available defibrillators in our local area.
