Story
Did you know 1 in 4 people in the UK experience a mental health problem each year?
Also 1 in 6 people in England report experiencing a common Mental health problem in any give week, auch as depression and anxiety!
This year I aim to raise as many funds as possible to support MIND.
Mind is a mental health charity with 140 local centres across England and Wales, I will be raising funds for Mid and North Essex Mind, supporting mental health in the local community. Mind work with children from 5 years to adults of any age, helping with any from anxiety, depression to suicide prevention and self harming help.
For the whole of 2018 I will not be drinking anything alcoholic and am also in the process of arranging other fundraising events. So please any money you can spare, no matter how small would be greatly appriciated and could potentially save lives.
