Hi! I'm here to hopefully raise money to enable me to buy equipment to begin an online live radio show. My passion and love of music has been with me for more than 40 years. Until recently I wrote a blog reviewing mainly independent music. The blog was my way of sharing my love of the music and hopefully encouraging others to share in the music I was discovering, music that may not have been heard elsewhere.

The blog ran it's course, and I now feel the best way I can continue to share my passion is by broadcasting on a hopefully (!) weekly basis. The show won't be genre specific and will mainly comprise of new/newish music, whilst also occasionally dipping into the back catalogue of music I've collected over the years. My main interests will always lie in independent and alternative music, something you maybe wouldn't hear elsewhere. Where possible, physical copies of the tracks will be used, either on vinyl, cd or cassette.

The idea of the show is not as a money making exercise. It will remain independent and advert free. My only aim is to share the music and hopefully give something back to the people who have given and continue to give me so much pleasure.

At this stage, I'm hoping to raise enough money to pay for the PPL licence and longer term help towards a mixer and accessories (cables, decent mic etc) and even longer term a laptop to replace my aging pc!
