Hi. my name is Lebu Miah and I will be travelling to the borders of Bangladesh in October 2017, to take part in an emergency campaign for the persecuted people of Rohingya. During this SELF FUNDED journey I will have direct contact with the Rohingya people and I hope to hit the ground running in trying to help these innocent and desperate people. I am raising money to provide them with basic survival kits, medicines, food supplies and warm clothing.

As you will have no doubt seen, we have all been flooded with images on social media, charity outlets and finally the news, regarding the ongoing crisis that the Rohingya people are facing.

As Winter approaches survival conditions will worsen. These people are in desperate need of funding. Thousands upon thousands have been displaced. Human rights violations and destruction are rife with people killed, burnt alive, tortured, women raped and infants slaughtered all whilst the world remained silent. The refugees fleeing the violence are injured and ill and need urgent medical attention and this is where I need YOUR HELP.

Often we may find ourselves feeling 'helpless' in doing anything for those suffering around the world. God willing through prayers and action to support these causes, we can lose that feeling and move to help people in ways and places we never dreamed of.

No amount of charity will ever give these people back what they have lost. However, we can call help them to regain an ounce of dignity as they try to restart their lives under such circumstances.
