Support the Channel to Coast Challenge

I’m raising funds for the MS Society and the Alzheimer’s Society, with a target of at least £1,000.

This challenge is deeply personal.

My mother lost her life to Alzheimer’s.

My father-in-law, Jim Embleton, a Yacht Master for more than 60 years, was forced to give up the sea he loved because of the same disease.

My lifelong friend John Duncan, who joined me in 1990 to complete the first stand-up jet ski return crossing of the English Channel, now lives with MS. Once a passionate jet skier, windsurfer, and water-skier, John’s life has been transformed by the condition. John will be involved in the challange as much as he is able.

Alzheimer’s and MS don’t just affect health — they change lives, families, and futures. By supporting this challenge, you’ll be helping to fund research, care, and hope for those facing these conditions every day.
