Story

In 2012 I took the decision to push myself for two reasons.
I wanted to kick start my fitness and raise awareness and £870 funding for Chest, Heart & Stroke by completing the Great North Run 1/2 marathon, Newcastle.

2017 I plan to push myself for almost the same 2 reasons.
Kick start my fitness (again) and raise funding for the below 3 charities organisations. I am very lucky to have good health and not be effected by any of theses great causes but who knows what is around the corner. If i can get you to click on the links and read some of the stories then maybe you could contribute a small amount and read some peoples not so fortunate journeys in life.

A quick update on my quest to try and raise some Awareness and funding in 2017. I have now entered the Etape Loch Ness. 106km cycle sportive. http://www.etapelochness.com Started doing longer runs now on my road bike. 24.2 mile over 1hr29min Average 16.4mph first time out is a good base to start from. If you could take the time to read what all charities listed are about then you may want to make a small donation. ;)
