As some of you may know, my wife Dana has been ill for some time now. In 2017, she was diagnosed with arthritis. However, the doctors were unable to tell us which type of arthritis she has and this has resulted in her having to go through a number of tests at various hospitals over the past six years, both in the U.K and in Italy.

The doctors have given a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, however they do not know if the fibromyalgia is a result of osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis and as such, Dana has been given lots of different medications to try and help with the condition but to no avail due to the lack of clarity on the diagnosis. We've already been to see two specialists who have so far been unable to help, although they have cost us quite a lot of money.

Dana has helped me run both Fantasy Enhancing and Neotantra since their inception and without her help and valuable input, I don't think the labels would have been the success they were, and therefore I would like to ask if you can help out in her time of need. We have an appointment with a specialist based in Milan, he's our last hope. She is in so much pain now that even simple tasks are a monumental struggle and our big fear is that with Dana's rapidly diminishing health due to misdiagnosis, we may have to stop working on the music. I can't do it all myself, and especially not when I have to care so much for Dana.

The fees for the Milan specialist amount to £2500.With this money, we will get the treatment Dana needs and deserves which will allow her to have a normal life, and will also allow us to keep working on what we love - the music.
