Roberts Dog Sanctuary are a voluntary organisation that is dedicated to improve the lives of stray dogs in Cyprus. They don’t just collect the sheer mass of poor abandoned animals, they make them feel at home. They labour day and night to make their lives a little better, their winters a little warmer, their food bowls a little more nourishing. Roberts Dog Sanctuary try to re-home as many of our beloved doggies, making room for new four-legged friends. But before they go, we do everything in our power to make them your perfect companions.

Roberts Dog Sanctuary are not funded or sponsored by the government, relying solely on the kind hearts of volunteers. This limits their capacity to take in all that need us. Yet, they try, maintaining in excess of 120 dogs at any given time. Gladly, they have several individuals that are committed to this noble cause and they help in whichever way they can.

Animals are close to me and my family over in Cyprus, They are not given the opportunities the UK system provides to animals rescued in the UK, So it's my task to raise some money to increase the the welfare of Roberts Animals.

Robert's Dog Sanctuary is a Cyprus based charity located in Kantou in the Limassol area of Southern Cyprus. It is dedicated to providing a safe sanctuary for all abandoned dogs without prejudice. Funds are urgently needed to prepare and fly them to foster homes and forever homes in the UK and Germany mainly, where they will have the chance of a kind and loving home, free from cruelty and neglect which is widely spread across the island and a part of the culture that the tourists don't see. My family is dedicated to volunteering their time by fostering, helping with vet runs and walking over 100 dogs currently in need of our help.

Each pound raised will go directly to the fund to fly the dogs to the UK or to Germany to dedicated foster carers and adoptive family. You can see the lucky ones on the Facebook group Robert's Dog Sanctuary where posts of good news stories are published. The sanctuary motto is Don't Buy. Adopt as each individual dog deserves a chance to live a happy ever after life which with your support and a kind donation will help the sanctuary to achieve this.
