Story

In April this year I visited the Arunima Hospice in Kolkata to meet the wonderful children who live there.

I've been helping to fundraise for the children the past few years and it was truly amazing to meet them in person.

The children are all orphaned or have been abandoned by their families as well as suffering from HIV & aids.

The hospice is in great need of a new minibus allowing safe transport to & from school, hospital & other important trips. These kids face discrimination on a daily basis and its unsafe for them to venture far alone.

A minibus would give them a better quality of life meaning more outings and a safe mode of transport.

I will be taking part in this years Kilt Walk on 16th of September - walking 13 miles to raise money for this cause.

Thank you all for reading my story.
