We started out helping a rescue for Hedgehogs. We ended up setting up ourselves as we really got to understand what beautiful and innocent little animals Hogs are. We went on the Vale course and set up our website and facebook page. We are now so busy, with over 20 hogs in pretty much all the time and we have forecasted an increase to 40 before the year is out. Trouble is we were never expectant to grow so quickly. We have self funded pretty much everything from Microscopes, heat pads, containers, medicines, proper cleaning equipment. We are now in desperate need of our carport to be repaired and put to better use for the hogs. We have no real lighting or heating in there and we are starting to notice serious wood rot in the roof which is causing serious leaks in the wet weather. We aren't a charity and we don't raise funds. We survive on the kindness of friends and local people who recognise our work. We have had to spend a small fortune on Antibiotics and also Vet bills for some hogs. Anyone who has a pet will know how much vet bills cost. Please support where you can, every penny helps.
