I am fundraising for my Mother Leigh to help fund further treatments she could take alongside her standard cancer treatment in the next several months to help her live the fullest life possible. Also, to help towards things she wishes to do in her remaining time and create special memories.

Leigh is a 53 year old Mother to two children and Granmother to two grandchildren who devastatingly received the news over two months ago that she had a grade 4 glioblastoma brain tumour. A few weeks ago we received more awful news that her cancer was terminal with a poor life expectancy. We as a family are truly distraught and are desperate to help her live life to the fullest as much as possible. I am looking into further treatment for my Mother to take alongside what the NHS offers to hopefully greater the chances of these treatments working for her. (e.g. chemotherapy.)

Leigh is a truly loving person, always so positive and has been so courageous through the past few months despite already undergone 5 surgeries to date. She is a devoted partner, Mother and Grandmother and deserves the chance to live her life to the fullest.
