Approximately one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. Every employer depends on having healthy and productive employees and prioritising the mental health of our staff is at the core of our organisation.

So I thought it was my time to do my part and raise some money to help fund a great charity that offers such great support for people who suffer with mental illness.

On the 30th September I will be jumping 15,000 ft out of a plane, which is the highest tandem skydive in the UK (im also not a massive fan of heights) This is also the first fundraiser I have personally taken part in, so it would be really amazing if you could help support me and spare a couple of quid! As im sure we all have someone close to us that may need the support of this charity at some point in their life.
