To raise funds for our school's contribution to the construction of much needed Junior classrooms for St Lawrence Catholic School in Feltham Mr Duggan and Mrs Thompson have decided to attempt to complete the Camiño Inglés. This is a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela from Ferrol on the Galician coast in Northern Spain. In order to receive the Compostela, the official certificate issued by the Cathedral of Santiago to confirm that a person has completed their pilgrimage, a minimum walk of 100 km is required. The distance which they will walk will be 118 km over a period of 5 days in May.

Camino Holy Year 2022 is a Jubilee or Holy Year. A year is considered Jacobean or a Holy Year when Saint James Day, 25th July, falls on a Sunday.

Our school community needs to raise c. £180,000 to complete our 10% commitment to the building works. Please can you consider making a donation towards this very worthy cause to help our parish.

Our children come from a very diverse and socio economically challenged community. We provide a much needed oasis of support for our families. We make a real difference on the ground.

Thanks for your support.

Mr Duggan (Headteacher) and Mrs Thompson (Deputy Headteacher)
