Help Leo Walk Pain-Free Again ❤️

Hi everyone,

I'm setting up this fundraiser for a beautiful boy called Leo, who is 6 months old. He has sadly been diagnosed with bilateral luxating patella,a painful condition affecting both of his back legs.

What is luxating patella?

Luxating patella is a condition where the kneecap slips out of its normal position. Unfortunately, Leo has this in both of his back legs, meaning his kneecaps can move out of place when he walks, runs or jumps.

This can cause pain, discomfort, limping and difficulty moving around. Over time, the condition can worsen, potentially leading to arthritis and long-term joint problems.

For a cat who should be able to run, jump, play and enjoy life without pain, it's heartbreaking knowing that something as simple as moving around can be uncomfortable for him.

Leo needs surgery to correct this condition and give him the chance to live a happy, comfortable and pain-free life.❤️

Unfortunately, the surgery is going to cost approximately £4,000, and we've been told that Leo's pet insurance won't cover his condition. This has left us facing a huge unexpected expense, but we want to do everything we possibly can to get Leo the treatment he needs.

Asking for help isn't easy, but Leo means the absolute world to us. He's not just a pet, he's family, and he deserves the chance to enjoy his life without being held back by pain. ❤️

Our fundraising goal is £4,000,which will go towards Leo's surgery and getting him back on his paws.
