This page has been set up to help support Lesley and her family to provide the best care to Leighton.
On the 6th December 2016 Leighton a happy out going 8 year old boy from Kingskettle, was digisnoed with leukemia.
Leighton is receiving care from the Sick kids hospital in Edinburgh, which is a 74 mile round trip from his home in kingskettle. Lesley and her mother have been making this commute daily which is causing a massive financial strain on the whole family. It is not only the extra costs for petrol that is causing the struggling for the family but also the costs of food, drink and extras to ensure Leighton is kept comfortable.
We have set up this page with the hope of helping to support Lesley during this difficult time. We ask if anyone can spare any amount to please donate and help this family get threw this.
every penny will help and the family will be so greatful for your help and support.

7 years agoLast Friday(20th Jan) we were given the totally AMAZING news that Leighton is in remission! It was a total shock to me as I had been unwell and not at hospital to know that they were testing for his MRD but the first day I was back with him that was the news I got and I think I nearly fainted, but I wanted to let you amazing people know the news and Thank you ALL once again for the fantastic donations we have received. Xx
