The Corstorphine Dementia Project, known by most of us as the Jubilee Club, provides an important resource within the local community for all those who have dementia and their carers. We need your support, to help fund various activities such as our "Tea Time Club", and Therapy Ponies in order to provide the best experience possible for the members & their families. To help raise funds I am jumping out a plane at 10,000ft (hopefully with a parachute and someone who knows what they're doing!) on 19th May.
