I've raised £40000 to make essential home adaptations including a wet room, new porch, wheelchair ramp and lift for our paramedic colleague and friend Lesley

Meet Lesley. Lesley has worked for both South East Coast Ambulance Service and London Ambulance Service for 15 years. Last June following a night shift she suffered a devastating stroke which has meant sadly she can no longer fulfil her duties as a frontline paramedic.
She is now living with her parents who provide all of her personal care but the house isn't suitable for her needs. We want to raise enough money to fund a wheelchair lift and ramp on the driveway, adapt the porch for wheelchair access and create a downstairs wet room.
Lesley has dedicated her working life to saving and helping others, she is and will always be a valued member of our ambulance family and we want to do all we can to give just a little back to someone who has given so much.
