See, the way of this is that My wife is 75 years young. Truly she looks 35 I think. So, she has applied for a mortgage to cover the cost of the short sale contract that We have with the Service Provider that was handling My Father's reverse mortgage account before he passed away in April of 2015.
But My wife is not working at this time because she is on leave of absence to help take care of My situation at home because I am on short term disability due to a medical condition. We both tried to get a mortgage to cover our situation a couple of months ago, but We were denied due to My credit score was too low. We now have a different mortgage provider potential, but of course they want paystub documents in order to proceed.
So, I was thinking, why not set up an account with some nice ' justgiving.com ' organization and solve the issue all together without going thru the pain of a mortgage. My wife really doesn't need any additional difficulty in her life at a time when she should be able to enjoy a few years now.
