We’re a small, relaxed weekly group focused on mental health, wellbeing, and open conversation.

This isn’t a clinical service or crisis support — it’s a supportive, educational space to learn more about mental health, share ideas, and have open conversations at your own pace.

We've had a great response from the local community so far and are seeing the real benefit of these weekly sessions for everyone coming along.

The sessions we run are completely free so we're trying to raise some funds to help us cover the cost of booking the room for the rest of the year, any donations are really appreciated!
