Story
Our beloved father and grandfather Levine Andrade sadly passed away on the November 20th 2018. He was fortunate enough to spend his final days doing what he loved, conducting a large orchestra whose music was enjoyed by many. The overwhelming number of messages of condolence we have received, recalling stories of a kind, caring man who always had time for everyone and of course of his talent as a musician and conductor have been treasured by us as a family.
Levine leaves behind his 4 children; Joshua, Olly, Jacob and Lola and 3 grandchildren. Our focus now turns to Lola who sadly, at only 15 years of age, has lost both her beautiful mother and her much loved father and will be living with Josh and Emma.
In lieu of flowers, we are hoping to raise funds for a trust for Lola to help with her further education, to give her some stability in the coming years and to help with the funeral costs.
We have now set a date for the funeral. It will be held on the 17th of December, 1pm at Guildford Crematorium, GU7 3DB
Due to the number of people we are expecting there may not be seats for everyone, however there is standing room available. If you need a seat in the crematorium please mention it in your RSVP and we will ensure we reserve you one.
The wake will be held in the Exhibition Hall at King Edwards school Witley, GU8 5SG. This will be a celebration of Levine's life with time for everyone to chat and share memories whilst enjoying some music from his fellow musicians.
If you would like to play at the wake please let us know in your RSVP and we will try to accommodate as many as we can with the help of Peter Fisher and Richard Cottle.
Please RSVP to theandradesrsvp@gmail.com so we can get an idea of numbers.
Josh, Emma, Olly, Heidi, Jacob & Lola
