If you have been lucky enough to meet Steve Hartigan you will know he is one in a million, he has an infectious personality and is admired by everyone he befriends! Steve has been a London Firefighter for the last 30 years and was due to retire this year, last month he was dealt a devastating blow when he was told he had oesaphagus cancer. Following further tests it has been confirmed he doesn‘t have long to live. He is hoping to have 12-18 months with his two young children James and Harriet. This has obviously sent a shockwave through his family and friends, not only is Steve trying to come to terms with his diagnosis he is trying to make every second count that he has left. So we are hoping you will stand with us and show your support for Steve and his family by donating whatever you can. All donations we receive will be used to help Steve live out his last months with his loved ones. Steve wants to ensure his two children have some lasting memories with thieir Dad and he also wants to marry his girlfriend Lou, something that has become increasingly important to them both.
