I'm planning on biking 700 miles from John o Groats to Spurn Point hogging the east cost line along the way. I'm challenging my self to complete this challenge within 7 day carrying my accomendation on my back (tent) this allowing no extra cost so every penny raise will go into the pot. I'm a below average cyclist and dreading the 100miles a day challenge

I'm doing this to help raise awareness and money for the medical condition (CHD) prenatal babies who have a hole in their heart.

I recently became aware of this quite common condition which effect 1 in 100 babies, due to my youngest sister who is pregnant and who's babie is now suffering from this condition.

As her older brother I would like to forfill my role in protecting her and my unborn niece from any dangers, but that has been taken away from me due to CHD. So I'm taking it upon myself to do the only thing I can do now in aiding her and others through this very difficult journey ahead, by raising awareness and some funds which will help her and other mothers with things like travel expenses, accomendation so that they can stay close to their babies during/after surgery, after care specialist equipment attire the babies will need to give them the very best fighting chance of survival.

Please help me raise as much funds as possible so that I can help not only my family but many other families suffering from this defect. No parent should have to worry about money expenses in a time where they could potentially lose the one thing they hold so dear (their baby)
