On 3rd March 2024 I will be running the Chelmsford Half Marathon to raise money for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).

125 people a week in the UK take their own life. CALM offer life-saving services, provoke national conversation and bring people together to reject living miserably. Nobody should go through anything alone & should know support is out there. CALM are an incredible charity who's work is vital. They are extremely helpful for anybody struggling, no matter to what extent.

Any and all support is extremely appreciated. Most importantly of all, make sure to speak out if you are struggling.
