Story
Liberal Democrat Expand is a grassroots group advocating for the adoption of a '650 Strategy' for the Liberal Democrats. We are inspired by Governor Howard Dean's '50 State Strategy' which proved so succsseful for the Democrats.
We believe in building all of our local parties, by ensuring training is accessible, and in tackling the mentality of 'no go areas'. Since our launch in 2016, we have been building our online presence - featuring in LibDem Voice and having contributors such as Lynne Featherstone, for instance - and gathering the experiences of activists and members from across the country.
-We can only accept donations from permissible sources. To this end, we will collect information about you to ensure that we are complying with the law. We might contact you in the future if we are not able to accept your donation for any reason.
-Donations of over £1500 will be published on the Electoral Commission website.
