Weʼre raising £2,000 to We are doing a 100k walk to fund a Lunch Club at the Library Pot which will serve home made freshly baked breads, soups, salads and cakes.
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Bringing the joy of eating delicious, freshly baked food at an affordable price. The Lunch Club aims to have people walk in smelling our signature "cheese and tomato bread" as the smell of it wafts out of the kitchen, soon to be served alongside a delicious meal. Everything made by hand and baked on the day.
We want to provide freshly baked food that tastes good and is made from good quality ingredients. Doing this all while supporting local farms and suppliers, and keeping it affordable and delicious without dropping the quality. So everyone visiting the venue can have a five star experience without breaking the bank.
Usually this would result in a menu that is too expensive for the average lunch time eater. So we are raising money to launch the Lunch Club with a menu that provides the meals at a fraction of the cost it takes to make them. So everyone can enjoy and afford this experience.
To help fund this we are doing a 100k in one day walk, without sleep, across the beautiful South Downs. The walk will be starting on Monday 25th June 2018, and we will be posting pictures here.
