This page has been set up to raise money for Kettering Neonatal & Special Care Baby Unit. Every single penny raised will go to the ward for them to use to save more babies lives, just like they saved Harley's. Harley was born on 24th December 2016, which completely changed our lives. 

It was a surreal christmas and very tough time. When Harley was born his lungs were underdeveloped and one was collapsed. With fluid on the lungs from birth, he was unable to breathe, and needed help. He spent weeks with a machine doing the work for him. He had some incredible nurses looking after him, and it is with their help that Harley was ok.

When you have a baby, you imagine holding them all the time and being able to take them home to meet your friends & family. But to have a baby, wake up the next day in the hospital without him, and to have to be without your baby for weeks is something I can't describe, something so empty. With it being touch and go, we tried to make sure we were always at the hospital but sometimes we needed to go home to break things up a bit.
Now we have a happy, healthy baby boy and we couldn't be more grateful to SCBU.
