Story

Hi I am Lily and I live in Impington. Like many other local residents, I have been shocked by the number of trees and other wildlife havens, that have been destroyed by the Highways Agency during the A14 expansion works. I am fundraising to raise money to give to HI Trees Action Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/2400034816721368/) to support them in local tree planting to replace the trees that were cut down. I feel strongly that local nature should be cherished and protected.

I am going to cut my very long hair (it's about 1 metre long - see photo!) and I am asking for people to sponsor me to have it done!

I am going to also donate my hair to the Princess Trust who provide real hair wigs to children and young people with hair loss, and fund vital research into childhood cancer. https://www.littleprincesses.org.uk/

Please support both of these worthwhile causes by sponsoring me - please pass this on to your friends, family and work colleagues. Thank you!
