Tilly says she wants to help #Appledown (where she was between homes) as they are not currently allowed to rehome any dogs and cannot have their dog show to raise funds, and suggested I do 100Km on my exercise bike over time. (1 at a time is usually enough!) I thought I could help #KeechHospice too. #Makeadifference
