Story
A lady aged 61 fleeing from domestic violence. This should not be happening, but it is, all too often, these ladies and gents stay in a marriage/relationship out of fear.
They make the choice to leave the day the beating, just got unbearable, no time to think, no time to pack, just leave with what you have on your back and seek refuge.
We would like to provide Welcome to the Future Packs . These will include the following:
Toiletries - toothbrush toothpaste etc
t-shirt, socks, underwear, sanitary protection, leggings,hairbrush and a diary with a pen. All in a box, labelled WELCOME TO THE FUTURE.
Can you help us help them.. If you can find it in your heart to spread the word and help us raise much needed funds to make this happen, we would be forever in your debt.
