I've raised £500 to On Sunday 22nd April I will be running the London marathon for the Unstoppable Simon Andrews Fund.

Simon was a British Superbike rider who was gravely injured in May 2014. His family, who still mourn his loss when he was just 31, set up this fund to support and help motorbike riders on their road to recovery after being injured competing in the sport they love. Many of these riders have limited means of financial support during this time and the money raised goes towards their treatment and rehabilitation. I did not know Simon but I am proud to say his dad Stuart is a friend and when I gained my ballot place for the marathon I was delighted he asked me if I would run for the fund. Please give what you can....every small amount adds up to a lot. We all pursue our passions and dreams in life if we are lucky. Some choose to do it in a more risky way for their passion and our enjoyment but the sad fact is that when tragedy strikes there is little support. So please...every small amount will be put to good use.and this beautiful, kind and generous family have set up this fund for the love and memory of their lost son and brother.
