Last week we tradically lost our close colleague Linda Nyasika Mateyo

Linda a CPN worked for NHFT for over 8 years in different teams and her last team was Planned Care Recovery Team Kettering

A devastating loss to the team at NHFT and our NHS community

Linda was a diligent and conscientious nurse , a beautifully warm woman who engaged and touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

Linda understood people she understood when to push and she understood when to hold back , she watched and listened and her contributions always made sense

Her Husband and two children have suffered an enormous loss and we what to stand with them at this time.

One of the most amazing people we all have ever met

Her husband and children have been devastated by this loss , and her wider family and friends will be broken

We always remember that twinkle in her eye and that million dollar smile, Linda had an intelligence and sharpness of mind that is not often encountered, her loss will resonate for a long long time for all that knew and loved her

we are hoping to raise a sum to support the family at this tragic time.

We will miss you Linda, we pray knowing that god has already granted you a soft bed in heaven, sleep tight Xx
