Rachel, Tom, Bek and Mark will be taking part in the Cardiff half-marathon on October 1st 2017.
We will be raising money for Ella's Home- a safe house for women which have been trafficked into the UK. Palmer's of Shrewsbury is a not for profit coffee house which also supports Ella's Home.
This is the first half-marathon any of us will be participated in and we are all very exited. The event is the Uk's second largest half-marathon event and is Wales' longest road race and Wales' largest multi-charity fundraising event!
