Story
Sienna is terminally ill and was born with half a heart and has sadly battled other illnesses.
Sienna recently got diagnosed with HPOA, which affects all her joints; Sienna's heart has worsened, and Alder Hey has recently sought help& advice from other countries.
She cannot do everyday activities that any 9 year old child can do, such as eat, drink, walk, and talk. Due to her HPOA diagnosis, which is very rare, Sienna cannot be treated for this, which will progress.
The palliative care team is now involved in pain relief to help Sienna. She loves going outside and seeing nature, waterfalls, outdoor beaches, mountains etc.
Sienna's wheelchair restricts us from taking her to the places she loves and where she is happy.
I am kindly asking everyone to help us raise money for an off-road wheelchair so we can fulfil her happiness so she can see the things she loves and make her happy.
Despite Sienna being in and out of the hospital, she is always smiling and loves being around other people.
Although Sienna cannot say thank you herself, her family would be so grateful and do anything to put an even bigger smile on her face.
Sienna goes to Claire House Hospice, where she loves being in their pool, and all the staff love her.
We would love to get Sienna out more and let her do what she adores most. She has been granted a 'make a wish'; although this upsets the family, we know she deserves everything given to her.
It is okay if you are unable to donate, but please do share. The money is primarily for a wheelchair; anything over the target will be used for making memories with Sienna ♡
This means so much to us.
Thank you ♡ xxxx
