I will be going on an 18-mile walk from Rievaulx Terrace to Nunnington Hall, and back again, to raise money to buy much needed defibrillators for both sites. My colleague, Nick Fraser, will be joining me and we hope you will support us on our fundraising journey!

A heart attack could affect any visitor, volunteer, or member of staff at Nunnington Hall and Rievaulx Terrace – and a quick response in these situations is often lifesaving.

Each of the sites are in very isolated areas and emergency services sometimes take much longer to reach us because of our rural locations.

We hope by raising enough funds to buy two defibrillators we will be able to help people much faster and potentially save lives.
