I'm raising £500 for an amazing place: The Rocking Horse Ranch in Gennadi Rhodes.

I first met Lee and his beautiful horses last year on holiday…. What I discovered there has stayed with me and now my granddaughter is out there working with these beautiful animals.

Every single horse has a back story; mostly too gruesome to even contemplate but needless to say all have been rescued, loved, fed and cared for by Lee and his family.

During the summer months Rocking Horse Ranch is a fabulous riding venue for holiday makers, offering unforgettable beach and sea rides on perfect horses and ponies. But during the winter months the horses rest and therefore can make no income. They still need to be fed and looked after which, as a horse owner, I know is incredibly expensive!

So…. I want to dedicate my Mersea Island run to these wonderful horses and maybe your small donations can buy them some hay for the winter, help with vet bills and other expenses.

If ever you go to Rhodes, look them up! Such a wonderful place.
