Story
Ava Jae is 5 years old.
Recently after regular routine checks on Ava's eyes, her family received some devastating and heart-breaking news.
Ava Jae is now due to start daily treatment for her illness for a 6-8 week period and is on an 18 month total Treatment Plan.
We are trying to raise as much as possible to help the family with the daily fuel costs travelling to two Nottingham Hospitals, their need for possible accommodation and food.
It is also hoped that after treatment has been completed, we have raised enough to send them to Disney Land Paris as a special treat for Ava and her family.
She is being such a brave little girl !
