I will be running the Plymouth Half Marathon this year in memory of Clinton Pringle.
Little Clinton was killed when he was hit by a van while on holiday in Jersey last summer. He was just three years old.
Now his mummy Stacey and his daddy Michael, a dear old college friend of mine, are aiming to start a charity in Clinton's memory.
The purpose of the charity will be to
fund a tangible memorial for the loved ones of those suddenly bereaved of a child. These memorials will be useful assets to local community such as playgrounds etc.
The half marathon is a week after Vinnie's second birthday. I can't imagine going through the pain Stacey and Michael endure each day.
I know anything you donate will help give them focus and create a lasting legacy for their wee Lion Heart.
