Billy has been scammed after putting a deposit down for a Daschund puppy with money people have donated to his fundraising page. He got cancer when he was four, had chemotherapy, relapsed, more chemotherapy, radiotherapy and a bone marrow transplant and the relapsed after 6 years. Hes had to have more chemotherapy, radiotherapy and another bone marrow transplant on the 30th of march 2020.
