In November 2019, my son Ethan died unexpectedly leaving family, friends & the community incredibly shocked and saddened.
From Mackie Hill School -
“Ethan was a delightful boy who was filled with kindness. He will always be remembered for his huge smile and happy nature. In school, we talk about him often and his classmates enjoy retelling stories of their adventures together. In Ethan’s memory, we are going to create 2 special areas in school. A play area on the key stage 1 playground and a memorial garden on the key stage 2 playground. To begin making the memorial garden, we are launching the sponsored 100 challenge!”
As a family we are going to complete 100 minutes of running. I used to enjoy running on a regular basis but haven‘t done any since Ethan died. I will be completing the lion’s share of this challenge so please, please sponsor me to help raise lots of money for this wonderful cause and the children of Mackie Hill but also to help give me the motivation I need to complete this challenge!
