Ron is 82 has been suffering from Cancer for 4 years. He’s lived in Andover since 1970. He went with his daughter to The Range then Halfords and Tesco. He didn’t get his wallet out at all to pay for anything. It was in his pocket of his shorts and when he got home it was missing.
