The picture you see is of the the amazing Emerson Grant who despite being now paralysed and facing lots of hard times still manages to take it in his stride and light up a room with his cheeky smile. Emerson was poorly for a little while and was unfortunately miss diagnosed by his GP. He eventfully had an MRI scan which showed a cyst had enlarged on his spine so much so that he is now paralysed.

After spending 4 months in hospital, Emerson is now home with his family where he belongs but with very limited resources to help him with his recovery. They are basically left on their own to deal with this life changing terrible experience.

There is a small chance Emerson could regain control of his body and be able to walk again but extensive physiotherapy and specialist equipment is needed to help with that none of which is supplied through the NHS.

I personally would love nothing more then to see this cheeky little chappy running around with a football again so please donate whatever you can however how small it all makes a difference. 1 act of kindness by enough people can make all the difference.
