Hi everyone, As some of you know I have been competing in Strongwoman since 2018 but decided to take it seriously last January, when I decided to give myself 10 weeks to train for Wales Strongest women. I was lucky enough to come 3rd and it gave me the drive to keep pushing forward and see where it can take me.

This year I have been lucky enough to compete at Wales again,coming 5th in a strong group of girls. Most recently, I have competed in several other comps including Britain's Natural Strongwoman Final, coming 3rd overall. It came as a lucky suprise that coming 3rd has qualified me for Europes and then Worlds in Finland in December.

Strongwoman has given me the passion and drive to keep getting stronger physically and mentally. I have found something I love doing and love sharing my journey with you all.

I was unsure whether to do this, because...well why should people be donating for me to compete. But, this is an opportunity I don't want to pass over and it is something I would be so grateful for if my friends and family could help in anyway.

Qualifying for Worlds came as a lovely surprise which has meant that I have not been as financially prepared as I would of usually been which is why I am asking you lovely people for help 😀

I will be funding some of it myself but any donations would go towards flights, accomodation and expenses. I will be donating any remaining money to Ty Hafan.

Ty Hafan is one of two children's hospices in Wales who care for children with life limiting conditions,their families and carers. I am lucky enough to say that I have had the privalege of working there when I first became a Learning Disability Nurse. It will always hold a special place in my heart.
