Story

Back in 2019, life threw us all a curveball with the dreaded pandemic. It was a tough time for everyone, and like many, I struggled—especially with my mental health. Since then, I’ve also been diagnosed with multiple health issues that have affected me every single day for the past five years.

But here’s the thing: I’ve never given up. I’ve battled through every setback, kept moving forward, and refused to let it define me.

This isn’t a sob story—it’s a comeback story.

As I approach my 40th birthday on the 19th of September, I’ve decided it’s time to do something just for me. So, on the 18th of September, I’m taking a literal leap—I’m doing a tandem skydive!

Yep, I’m jumping out of a perfectly good plane.

This is something I’ve dreamt of for years but never thought I’d actually do. Now, looking back on everything I’ve overcome, I know it’s time to make that dream a reality. This isn’t just a bucket list tick—it’s a celebration of resilience, life, and second chances.

But I’m not just doing this for myself. I want to use this opportunity to raise money for two charities that mean the world to me: Pancreatic Cancer UK and the British Heart Foundation—both causes that have personally touched my life and the lives of people I love.

We only get one shot at life. Some don’t get nearly enough time, and that’s why I’m doing this—for them, and for everyone who’s ever needed a reminder that it's never too late to chase a dream.

If you’d like to support me and these amazing causes, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every donation, no matter how small, helps.

Let’s make this jump count. 💜❤️
