Everyone who knew Jay will know what a loving, cheeky chap he was and we will all have many special memories about him that will bring a smile to our faces.

Jay was tragically taken from us too soon and in honour of his memory we are raising funds to create a place for everyone to visit to remember him and celebrate the life of this amazing young man who was truly one of a kind.
